Shipping policy
Processing time
We ship orders within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays). You get an email with your tracking link when your order ships.
Delivery time
- United States: 7 to 18 business days after your order ships.
- Other countries (including Germany): 10 to 25 business days after your order ships.
These are estimates. Busy seasons, weather and customs checks can add a few days.
Shipping costs
- United States: free shipping on every order. An Express option is also offered at checkout for $3.95.
- Other countries: $8.95 per order.

Tracking
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or enter your tracking number on our Track your order page. Tracking can take 2 to 4 business days to show the first update.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the customer.
Address problems
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address. Parcels returned to us because of a wrong address can be sent again at the customer's cost.
Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
Orders with Shipping Protection are replaced for free if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Email us with your order number within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
For orders without Shipping Protection, we will help you open a claim with the carrier.
